Clerk #11, Sammi was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. She appeared to invent her own rules and attempted to force me to purchase additional packaging. I brought a return package to the store using a special return bag provided by the seller, specifically intended for returns. Sammi tried to refuse accepting my package, despite the fact that other USPS offices have accepted identical return packages without any issues. I want to emphasize again that this was not my own packaging, but an official return bag provided by the merchant. Throughout the interaction, Sammi was openly rude and mocking toward me. She refused to clearly state her name, and her name badge was hidden, making it difficult to identify her. This behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable for a USPS employee.

There is a female clerk here with a Russian accent whose service attitude is extremely poor. She also has a language barrier and couldn’t understand the English address. It took repeated explanations just for her to confirm the sender and recipient addresses. An AI robot could probably do a better job.

AWFUL service. The employees always have an attitude and are busy chatting amongst themselves. They are always so rude and even made me drop off my own package in their backroom because they didn’t want to carry it. As soon as we walked in they yelled at me to hurry up because they wanted to close. Last time I visited, the asian lady with a bob sat there talking on the phone for 30 minutes while there was a whole line going out the door as well. The worst USPS location I have ever been to.
