The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers (and rude) and more focused on finishing up and leaving. It also closes earlier than most locations (4:30 PM), which makes it even less convenient. Overall, it felt like customer service simply isn’t a priority here. The staff should be embarrassed by how customers are treated.

I brought a return package to the store using a special return bag provided by the seller, specifically intended for returns. Sammi tried to refuse accepting my package, despite the fact that other USPS offices have accepted identical return packages without any issues. I want to emphasize again that this was not my own packaging, but an official return bag provided by the merchant. Throughout the interaction, Sammi was openly rude and mocking toward me. She refused to clearly state her name, and her name badge was hidden, making it difficult to identify her. This behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable for a USPS employee.
