- RMRosella MalvarNov 17, 20251.0Poor customer service. We came in today and there was this rude guy worker. We were the only one in the store it was not even busy. Very dismissive and sarcastic. We were only there to print passport picture for our baby that was taken at home. He said he needs to take the picture in the store and cannot print it. We only came back because we brought our baby the other day and this other worker said the exact opposite, he said to take the passport picture at home instead because they dont have a white background to lay the baby so thats what we did and came back today with the picture but was rudely dismissed by this rude worker saying that we need to bring the baby coz they need to take the photo in store and cannot print the passport picture which is already cropped using the tool in the travel website. He barely even look at the picture and just rejected it like he was the one screening the passport pictures. We followed all directions from the website and I know 101% that it will be accepted i have seen worse examples online that made it. Waste of time. Go some place else and if not make this your last option.
