- AWArthur WangApr 4, 20261.0You seriously need to properly train your carriers before hiring them. The behavior of the mail carrier on my route is absolutely disgusting and beyond rude. The carrier misdelivered my package to the wrong mailbox yesterday. When I calmly asked him about it today, instead of doing his job, he literally cursed at me and used the f-word. Is this the kind of garbage attitude you accept from your employees? Completely unacceptable.

When I saw the delivery person the next day (April 4th) and tried to ask him about the mix-up, his attitude was awful. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, he literally started cursing at me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Just an absolute trash attitude and horrendous customer service from this location.

- JCJnJ ColyerDec 18, 20255.0My mail carrier, David, goes above and beyond to do an excellent job! I recently filed a change of address online that would be effective late in December. Unfortunately, it started almost immediately. Amazon Christmas gifts for grandchildren would be diverted and delayed. David contacted his manager (on one of the busiest shipping days of the year) to make it right. Martin deep dove to retrieve my parcels, straightened out the mix-up and called me personally to let me know all was well! As a recent widow, I can't begin to praise the Goleta Post Office sufficiently for caring enough to go the extra mile!
