Might have been the worst I’ve ever been spoken to by somebody over a counter. I’m still in shock at how awful she was. She should really be fired for how disrespectful she is. Does anybody have a way to file a formal complaint? It’s not right that this person continues to degrade people.

She was absolutely a monster toward me today, and I'm a long time frequent customer. Argumentative, hostile, demeaning, rude, condescending, gaslighting, disrespectful would describe her demeanor and attitude today, 2/24/26, and I was polite towards her. She used to be nice, something is seriously wrong with this woman and I'll never go to her window again. Tremendously upset by this experience today. She is not suited for working with the public. Clerk #23 according to my receipt. She strikes me as bi-polar, with no control on how she speaks to people.
