I immediately requested assistance from the staff because I knew it would be faster if they could assist me. The staff said they were too busy, so I proceeded with printing my files without assistance. I got 2 of 3 files printed and the manager decided that there was no time left to allow me to print my final file despite my request for help and a plea for 2 minutes grace. The manager got aggressive and left me feeling abused and unappreciated as a customer. This behavior will eventually result in a collapse of the business. Very poor customer service!
