Unfortunately, it started almost immediately. Amazon Christmas gifts for grandchildren would be diverted and delayed. David contacted his manager (on one of the busiest shipping days of the year) to make it right. Martin deep dove to retrieve my parcels, straightened out the mix-up and called me personally to let me know all was well! As a recent widow, I can't begin to praise the Goleta Post Office sufficiently for caring enough to go the extra mile!
