- NBNa Brennan6 days ago1.0I see 3 recent one star reviews specifically about the youngish female postal clerk with the long straight black hair. She was absolutely a monster toward me today, and I'm a long time frequent customer. Argumentative, hostile, demeaning, rude, condescending, gaslighting, disrespectful would describe her demeanor and attitude today, 2/24/26, and I was polite towards her. She used to be nice, something is seriously wrong with this woman and I'll never go to her window again. Tremendously upset by this experience today. She is not suited for working with the public. Clerk #23 according to my receipt. She strikes me as bi-polar, with no control on how she speaks to people.

Most recently, when I walked up and put my package on the counter, she told me to “get back in line.” There was no line. No one was there. She was simply texting on her phone and didn’t want to do her job.
