The female postal worker with long black hair has been rude on a few occasions. Most recently, when I walked up and put my package on the counter, she told me to “get back in line.” There was no line. No one was there. She was simply texting on her phone and didn’t want to do her job.

Why is it every time I am unfortunate enough to have a package routed through your distribution center it ends up sitting there for 3 to 4 days and my package is always a corresponding 3 to 4 days late? Every time I order a package and see its routed through you guys I just sigh because I know its gonna be several days late now.

Absolutely 5 star experience to get passports renewed for my kids. The woman who was working is not only efficient but incredibly friendly and I’m so glad that there are still federal employees like her who provide great customer service. I wish I remembered her name. We were in and out in 15 minutes as walk-ins. You can even get your photo done there if you need it for an extra fee. My dad later went and got his passport renewed, and he had the same speedy, friendly, and efficient service. Thank you!

Girl in her mid 20s with long black straight hair working on 11/10/25 was extremely rude and unhelpful and should have more respect for the people who she attends to. I was asking a simple question and telling her I was confused on the specific matter and She no tutored me multiple times and repeat the same thing when I clearly needed more help. She had such a rude tone in her voice and was not trying to be helpful at all for the specific situation I was referring to.
