- MDM DaysAug 9, 20211.0We needed to get a letter certified as it was a legal matter. We had been struggling to get there on time because of work but we made it before they closed. There were two people behind the counters. One was assisting a customer and the other one was closing his register. When the person in front of us left, the second teller told us that they could not do a certified letter because there were only two people? What does this mean? You can no longer serve me because it takes more than two people to close the post office? You need to serve me AND THE ENTIRE PUBLIC until you are no longer open! You are open because you have two tellers there and both windows open. You sent us over to a machine that would not accept our credit card, gave us a lot of trouble, and in the end we were unable to mail this letter because of your LAZINESS. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. A total disgrace to all government agencies!
