The owner and the staff treat customers like if they are in a power trip. Long lines, excess requirements, poor service, etc. Asking you to stay outside while they are serving the next customer in line. Excuse me , i am customer too.

With the customer service of a “mom and pop” small business combined with capabilities of a large corporation, this UPS location consistently sets the bar above all others. These guys will do anything in their power to help you print, process, send, and notarize quickly and efficiently. Recently, the owner stayed after hours to help me notarize a deed of trust that needed to be delivered ON the holiday weekend, so escrow could close on time. Handled without an appointment, the stakes were high and they single handedly saved me from huge penalties. Through out that process. I watched them handle a ridiculously entitled customer with patience. Treat these guys with basic respect and they’ll go above and beyond to do anything within their power to help you.
