- JAJoe aMar 24, 20261.0Place is horrible , employees are being payed high dollar and they couldn't even be bothered . 2nd of all don't use USPs for packages . They send my package back after I requested a pick up at the post office , and they send my package back 3 days later . They didn't even bother to look at the computer . I'm gonna get my refund and I'm going to tell them USPs are to blame . not due to my inactivity I just have to go to work everyday . If you do walk in don't let the Asian lady "help" useless one .
- RGReyna GarciaMar 23, 20261.0This is the worst post office. I will regularly drive to Tustin to avoid coming here even though its further and out of the way. Four out of five times I come to this post office the drop box is stuck. The worst part is that you can hear the employees in the back laughing and talking. And no calling for help to simply unlock the drop box will be ignored. The lack of professionalism and incompetence reflects poorly on management, considering they see these reviews and are aware of the issues, but do nothing to help matters.
