- VCVanessa Chavez2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The customer service was among the worst I’ve encountered. A staff member named Carolyn was dismissive, mocked me, and made me feel uncomfortable when I was simply trying to ask questions and get guidance. Instead of being helpful or professional, her tone of voice came across as rude and condescending. I did not feel respected or valued as a customer. I would strongly encourage the office to invest in customer service training, as no one seeking help should be treated this way. I also believe she has gotten away treating people this way as she fell very comfortable yelling at me, "You don't tell me what to do!!! Action required immediately

I came in needing help with mailing something internationally and he walked me through everything step-by-step and made the whole process easy. Honestly, he helped me out big time and I really appreciate it. USPS needs more employees like him. Thank you again, Geovani!
