USPS declared my package lost. I was told I would receive a call to resolve the issue, but no one ever contacted me. The person who had my package marked it as delivered, even though nothing was delivered to my address. Later, they claimed it was a mistake and that it had been delivered to the wrong mailbox, which is not true.

Bad service, definitely with the lady who serves. They should replace her and hire someone else. The service used to be better with the lady who was there; now that they've replaced us, the service is terrible. It's better to go to another USPS establishment, not this one.

I would be ok if the USPS did not exist, but since it does and cheap companies use them, I am screwed!
