The lock mechanism is completely blocked from the inside. I had to call three times before finally reaching someone, who casually told me they’d send someone to unlock it today. Three hours later, still nothing. The office is currently still open, yet after five more calls, no one answered. People too careless to deliver the package properly, too indifferent to pick up the phone, and too unbothered to correct their own mistake.

Unfortunately, this post office consistently has a very limited selection of stamps available. Last month, the selection was so poor I had to purchase a roll elsewhere. Today, I came in specifically to buy a roll of flag stamps for business mailings, but the only option available was holiday-themed stamps, which are not appropriate for professional use. As a result, I had to make an extra trip to the grocery store to buy 100 stamps, then return to the post office just to drop off the mail. This is becoming a frustrating pattern. It’s also frustrating that ordering stamps online comes with a delivery fee—even though USPS delivers to my home every day. Please consider keeping a better stock of standard stamp options like flags. This would make things much easier for those of us who rely on USPS for business needs. Do better, USPS. Ps. The counter folks are amazing. 5 Stars for them.
