If you make a passport appt around lunchtime, expect to wait even if you’re 10 minutes early. Their team is not coordinated taking lunches. Why even offer appt times between 12-1pm if you know your two clerks will need to step off? I came in at 11:50 and waited until 12:40. A family who walked in after I arrived was told to come in at 2pm for walk in hours by one of the cashiers. 10 minutes later the clerk came back from lunch… they’re incredibly disrespectful of peoples time.

Went to this post office on Grand last month arriving about 10 minutes before closing. Waited in a short line and got to the postal person 6 minutes before closing. She would not process our priority mailer to Australia because she said it was too close to closing time. Their outside doors were not even locked yet. She told us to go to the Costa Mesa location “10 minutes” away. It took 28 minutes to drive there and the man processed our mailer in 5 minutes. What is wrong with that cranky woman at the Grand location? If you get a middle aged African American woman with an attitude, look out. She needs to move on and let someone work who will actually do the job

Disgusting costumer service. Workers will practically yell at you and turn you away if you do not have proper documentation instead of guiding you. DO BETTER.

OMG the only reason for 5 stars is the guy named John clearly the only one with any experience that was handling 3 different transactions and helping the other 2 trainees and I was not one of the three I wish
