Why even offer appt times between 12-1pm if you know your two clerks will need to step off? I came in at 11:50 and waited until 12:40. A family who walked in after I arrived was told to come in at 2pm for walk in hours by one of the cashiers. 10 minutes later the clerk came back from lunch… they’re incredibly disrespectful of peoples time.

She would not process our priority mailer to Australia because she said it was too close to closing time. Their outside doors were not even locked yet. She told us to go to the Costa Mesa location “10 minutes” away. It took 28 minutes to drive there and the man processed our mailer in 5 minutes. What is wrong with that cranky woman at the Grand location? If you get a middle aged African American woman with an attitude, look out. She needs to move on and let someone work who will actually do the job
