The lady working here was so incredibly rude and condescending. The experience was unhelpful and her attitude was unnecessary. Not your friendly post office.

I bring alot of mail..... certified huge box 2 times a week I come everyday for almost 3 years with no issues but now I show up at 430pm the doors locked. Until whenever 10 to 5 or whenever she wants to open the door. Waiting to have her stamp my certs. Bring back 1 other person or maybe take your break at 4pm NOT 430pm. I used to love coming now it's the least customer focused one ever. It's not right have 30 people locked out in the lobby at 430pm. Some of us it's for work, and live far. Sucks!
