Everything was done quickly and I did not have to deal with the headache of having to contact the sender. Great experience!

The parking is awful, the staff is routinely rude and at best they are off putting and seems to go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable. I and every single person I’ve spoken to in the community has agreed that we have never had a good opportunity at this place. One of the occasion where they weren’t completely rude and lacking basic respect and mannerism to me, I had came in with a box to drop off, did not need a shipping label or their help, simply just come in and out, the man behind the counter managed to make me feel deeply uncomfortable by insisting on knowing what I was shipping out and just kept on asking what was in the box and he wouldn’t accept “stuff” as a good enough answer. Never have I had a good experience with these people, it would have been better if it was just one person I had a problem with but that unfortunately not the case.

Going in person means there's no parking, very unhelpful people and the help they provide isn't useful at all. The deliverer will say a package is in a parcel locker when in reality, they don't even deliver it. This is literally a crime.
