    Pésimo servicio, se pagó por un envío exprés donde dijeron que llegaría a colombia en 5 días, pasaron 10 días y no dan razón del paquete, dicen que no saben quién lo recibe en colombia, no tienen control de los paquetes que envían, no dan razón si cobraron mucho dinero y al final el paquete no ha llegado después de 10 días, son muy deshonestos debieron decir que no llegaría en el tiempo que era y no cobrar de más por algo que no era verdad. Y aún así no dan razón de que empresa tiene el paquete en colombia, definitivamente no los recomiendo por nada.

    Extremely rude staff member Liz. She refused to provide a receipt, talked loudly over me, and said word for word "I don't care what you need. Take your packages somewhere else". I simply asked for a receipt. Only the receipt from the counter displays the package weight, receipts from the self service kiosk do not. She reached over the counter and tried to block me from using the screen. Threw the receipt at me and told me to take my packages "somewhere else". Where are we supposed to take USPS packages other than... USPS?
