- LSLuis SalgadoFeb 6, 20261.0I visited this location for the first time on February 6th at 11:47 AM, and it was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My mother and I came in with a major issue and genuine questions, but the woman working the counter was incredibly rude and condescending. She made us feel stupid and uneducated just for asking for help. When we tried to use a machine to print—which had no signs saying 'do not touch'—she actually yelled at us. The situation was so stressful that I had to step away for a moment, and she took that opportunity to be even more disrespectful to my mother while I wasn't there to translate. Professionalism and patience should be the bare minimum, especially when there is a language barrier, but this employee showed zero human decency. We will never return to this location and I strongly suggest management look into the staff working during this shift.

They don’t even need to be scanned in. I was just literally looking for them to be dropped off at the location.. (which I told the girl over the phone). I got to their store AT 6:59 and they were ALREADY CLOSED. Their store says they close at 7pm. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. The girl saw me from the door as the time turned to 7pm. She tried miming like she didn’t know who was at the door and was COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE. THEIR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.
