- KGKristen GarciaDec 19, 20251.0Called them at 6:55pm. Asking if they could stay 1 minute later. They refused. I have a total of four boxes that are already weighed with the label ready to go. They don’t even need to be scanned in. I was just literally looking for them to be dropped off at the location.. (which I told the girl over the phone). I got to their store AT 6:59 and they were ALREADY CLOSED. Their store says they close at 7pm. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. The girl saw me from the door as the time turned to 7pm. She tried miming like she didn’t know who was at the door and was COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE. THEIR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.
