Looked like it survived three plagues and a small fire. The vibe? “We gave up cleaning, caring, and existing years ago.” I have been in haunted houses that felt more welcoming. The entire experience screamed: “You came here for help? Bold of you to assume.” If management wants to spice things up, maybe start with a mop, a training session, and a reminder that customers are not invisible NPCs. Until then, I’ll be mailing my packages from literally anywhere else even a random street corner with a cardboard box would be a more organized operation than this place.
