  I visited the Staples office superstore on 17th Street in Santa Ana with high hopes while preparing for a kids' event. I needed to make flyers and was initially excited to get started. Unfortunately, my experience took a turn for the worse due to the service I received from an employee named Francisco in printing services From the moment I approached him for help, he was rude and had a noticeable attitude. Despite this, I needed the flyers, so I tried to overlook his behavior. When I inquired about the bathroom, he directed me to the back but failed to mention that I would need a code to access it. After walking all the way back there, I had to return to ask him for the code, which felt like an unnecessary inconvenience.‼️ When I asked why he didn't provide the code initially, he told me it was because someone was already inside. I found this confusing since there are two bathrooms back there. I ended up making two trips just to use the restroom, which added to my frustration. His response to my concerns was dismissive, claiming that the other bathroom was for employees, even though I was able to use the same code to access it. This inconsistency in his explanation felt like a lack of honesty. Overall, I left feeling unwelcome and disrespected after spending my money. I believe it's crucial for companies to hire employees who treat customers with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, my interaction with Francisco has led me to decide that I will not be using this Staples for any of my future" Business" activities. shame on you Francisco . This review does not reflect on any other Staples,or it's employees Just this store 😢

  As a recent former manager for staples, I know how it works in the copy center trying to complete orders, my associates would either help a customer at self serve or call me for help if a customer needed it. Today I went in to print a document to get it printed then scanned back to my email. I had to wait several minutes since all 3 of their machines were being used, 2 of which had stressed looking customers that kept looking at the associates but were being ignored. Being very familiar with this process, I quietly helped the customers get their stuff printed. When it was my turn, i got my document printed easily but had issues with scanning. After trying a few times I sought help from the young Asian man with the glasses, explaining what was going on. Without even looking up from the machine he was at, he told me to just try again. The lady that was also working back there didn't offer any help, in fact, she looked annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. I thanked him and walked out.
