  I went in today right at opening I had to print and take pictures for a passport when entering I asked a girl employee if they did passport photos she responded in a nasty tone “yes but I have to put away balloons come back in an hour” why would I come back when I’m already there? Well anyways I shrug it off an go to the printers where the machines wasn’t working so I go up to her again and ask if she can check if there’s paper in the machine because it’s not working she does not look up and walks away luckily there was another employee behind her so I wasn’t left there like an idiot, when I ask him about the pictures he points to the other side of the store and says “yeah they’ll help you over there” which is where now the girl is standing I was uncomfortable and left. It’s my first time doing my passport it’s already a hassle to go through and to add this uncomfortable interaction I was left with such an uncomfortable feeling. I will now be avoiding this location.

  Jillian was Amazing behind the printing services. Helping multiple people at the same time while her coworkers unfortunately just hung in the back chatting and playing on their cell phones. Give that woman a rise.

  Bought an office chair that didn't have a price listed in the display. The cashier lied to me and told me he was giving me a discount, so that the extended warranty would be free. During the checkout when I asked him about the $299 price, and said I would prefer that price without the warranty he again lied and said that the $299 price was the discounted price. The retail price listed online is the same price as what he gave me.
