I picked the item that needed and went to the register to pay, one I got there a smart assed guy wearing a shirt two sizes two small proceeded to tell me my item costed 218.00$ while it was being advertised as 129.00$ I had another gentleman go check item price on the floor and he confirmed the price advertised was correct. Went back to register where again the guy wearing the small shirt refused to sell me the toner at the price advertised. His manager celeste came over and proceeded to tell me that the precise was incorrect when I heard her tell the guy with the small shirt to Lower the price to the advertised price but he still continued to say no. So then Celeste told me that that item wasn’t Supposed to be on the floor because it didn’t have a “place” on the floor. What!!! And she wasn’t allowed to Sell it to me. I asked for corporate number which they did not give me. They gave some bullish number for orders and such, once I asked them for the corporate number I was hung up on. I barely got my sentence out before they hung up on me. This staples was unprofessional, unhelpful and unethical with the business. It’s no wonder they are struggling to stay open. Next time I’m just go to Office Depot/Max or just order online from Amazon.

Manager Celeste was already closing one of the registers and refused to laminate my document, saying her staff was on break. Two minutes later, the staff returned but still declined to help. Lamination takes only minutes—services should remain available until the posted closing time. Regardless if she has to count the drawer again and add $20 to the total gross.
