The box had "this side up" stickers all over and he told me the envelope he tapped to the outside would be ok. That item is now permanently bent and I won't be able to use it again. One of my items inside the box broke and had to be thrown out. The box was damaged, looked totally beat up and everything looked thrown about inside. I am NEVER using FedEx again. Spent $75 on shipping when I could have had better service and delivery at USPS.
