  The ladies that work here are friendly, accomidating and helpful! Ally greeted me when I walked in. Stef was helpful when I called and helped me with ordering postcards. Kayla is always there when I come and is helpful and friendly. I love that this place is so close for all my print needs.

  The staff at this location are so unprofessional, they are outright rude when a customer needs assistance. I often come here to print documents and I’m pretty self sufficient in printing documents. I had 9 pages I needed in black and white that came up with an error sign. Ally at the service desk said that’s a common error when printing bills. She said she could print it for me behind the desk. She then took a very very very long time to assist me in printing 9 black & white pages which are normally $25 each at the machine. And charged me $11.87??? She did not tell me in advance that the price would be so much more if printing at the desk and it’s also not my fault that the machines have a common error when printing those type of files? If it’s going to cost 5 times the price and take 10 times as long to print at the desk she should have advised me before hand. I would have gone somewhere else. While she was printing my documents she was also quite rude to an another customer she was speaking to on the phone. FedEx needs to do better with their hiring and customer service training

  They had the overnight supplies, easy to pack in the letter envelope and hand over for overnight delivery. Store was clean and organized, staff was super friendly.
