- JLJessie LacasseFeb 10, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this FedEx Office. I came in to return a pair of Lululemon shoes. Lululemon customer service specifically told me I could bring the shoes in and FedEx would handle the packing and shipping for the return-free of charge! However, an employee named Laura (blue bangs) insisted the original Lululemon shoebox was “not strong enough” and told me I had to purchase a new box. I was charged $11.46 for something that should not have been necessary. What’s frustrating is that the shoes were originally delivered to me in that same shoebox — meaning it was obviously strong enough to ship through the mail in the first place. This felt less like customer service and more like being pressured into buying extra supplies. The entire return should have been quick and straightforward, but instead I left feeling taken advantage of. I will not be returning to this location.
- CJChloe JNov 26, 20251.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at this FedEx location today. One of the female staff members — with yellow-dyed bangs — provided terrible customer service. She looked irritated the entire time, kept frowning, and was clearly impatient. Even worse, she wrote the international recipient address and phone number incorrectly. I corrected two mistakes on the spot, but it turned out there were even more errors that she made. Because of this, my important documents cannot be delivered to the recipient now. This level of carelessness and unprofessional attitude is unacceptable. I strongly advise do not to come to this location!!!!
