- MLMadeline LopezJan 5, 20215.0Update to previous review! Had to go back a week ago (because I had to) and things have changed! The older gentleman who I spoke of earlier was a whole new human! Was completely giving off happy grandpa vibes while maintaining his professionalism while I was there and remainder me of mine (RIP gramps). He wasn’t even helping me, someone else was! People wore their masks, social distanced, and I saw someone disinfecting the place 😱 say what! I wasn’t there forever and the person who helped me was decent on timing. Overall such an improvement and very impressed! Original review: Bad service! It was utter chaos in there, the older Hispanic gentleman with glasses who was helping me looked like his gave up on even trying to tell people to socially distance or want to be there lol. The lady who works up front is normally the most helpful and nice. Wish I got her, instead of having to come all the way home for tape even though he had some literally right I front of me.
