  Josie provides exceptional service. As a paraplegic and wheelchair user, it can be difficult for me to retrieve my mail and packages. She goes out of her way to bring them directly to me. Josie's kindness, professionalism and willingness to help truly makes a difference.

  Love the whole family and there team work is un believable. They work so so good together. You should have a commercial on this store like, progressive, insurance etc….they go over and beyond of call & duty. There family to that whole Community I live in Mexico and visit San Diego weekly.

  Driver never attempted delivery of a signature required package, he just left a post it saying to pick it up here. I came in and they said they cant find the package. Zero attempt to look or try to help. UPS is the worst delivery service around. This is a constant problem with them.

  I was at this location last week on maybe a Wednesday, to the lady that I cut in front of because the older lady that worked there told me to, I dont know why she was being so unprofessional but I do think it was a race thing.( i have the whole thing on my phone for you or I could post it and maybe find you. I have been thinking about you since and I want to say im sorry, I hope you find this. I own a a business here and I do a lot of stuff here at this location but I will not be using this location any longer I will be using the location somewhere else.
