I visited today to deliver some letters and left feeling frustrated. The line was extremely long, yet only two people were working. When I asked the employee on the left for a pen to correct a minor mistake, she initially did not respond. When she did, it was with clear irritation and no willingness to help. Customer service should be respectful, and unfortunately, that was not the case today.

Today’s visit was very disappointing. There was a very long line with only two employees working, which showed poor staffing and organization. Additionally, when I asked for a pen to fix a small error on my letter, the woman on the left ignored me at first. When she finally responded, her attitude was cold and dismissive, and she did not even make eye contact. This level of customer service is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Today I went to deliver some letters and the experience was extremely frustrating. First, there was an enormous line with only two employees working, which caused unnecessary delays and poor organization.
Second, when I asked to borrow a pen to correct a small mistake on my letter, the woman who is always positioned on the left side did not respond at all at first. When she finally did, it was with clear annoyance, without even looking at me, and with an attitude as if she were doing me a personal favor instead of simply providing basic customer service.
The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and empathy was very disappointing. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Basic respect and willingness to help should not be optional.

+30 años teniendo la caja y siempre hay problemas. Siempre pierden paquetería y ahora si se la volaron, recogí mis paquetes, una caja venía abierta y la otra pérdida.
Si estás buscando donde recibir correspondencia, busca otro lugar. Te vas a arrepentir.

Every time I have mail or a package being delivered it’s always something with this place. I’ve had packages that have been delivered with pictures and they’re unable to find, I’ve gone to pick up window and had them look for a package not even for a minute then pop up and say we can’t find it, I’ve had so much mail in my PO Box that doesn’t even belong to me. I’ve been told to use the app to notify me when my stuff is delivered then I was told that the app isn’t accurate ?? Does the app work or not. the app doesn’t even show tracking or anything neither does the website, they say to show usps tracking, but you don’t even provide it ?😂 I’ve had mail that has been there since 10/21/25 (according to the app that some of the employees say works but other employees say it doesn’t) today is 10/28/25 I’ve gone everyday to check my PO Box, 7 days already (it’s just an envelope, nothing big) and nothing is there. They say they’re backed up and short staffed all the time. Now I have to wait until the post office decides to catch up and get more staff for me to get my mail? Crazy. At least I’m receiving random people’s mail on time tho right? 😂
