I got to say I was disgusted by the behavior I saw today on a video showing the behavior of the postal worker so unprofessional and just a disgusting abuse of power and the fact that she used her own personal phone to snap a picture of her person information is worst I hope this person is released if her duties at usps she clearly doesn’t belong working with the public

Can you give negative stars cause this one would deserve it. Explain to me how the bank sends something out two days through United States Postal Service it’s to go to a PO Box but because it’s a PO Box and not someone’s house it takes extra days to get there so instead of two days you get it in five days, but if you’ve sent it to your house, it would’ve been there in probably three days so don’t waste your money. Don’t pay for today. Ain’t getting it today and if you’re a PO Box, you’re lucky to get it in five days and this is the San Ramon Maine post office that it got sent to and that’s exactly where the PO Box is five days five days

I am absolutely disgusted by how someone how identified themself as the Postmaster at this USPS location treated a small business owner I personally work with on a regular basis. No customer should ever be treated in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.
What was especially concerning was this individual taking photos of a customer’s packages on a personal phone without any clear work-related reason. That behavior is inappropriate and raises serious questions about professionalism and customer trust.
To make matters worse, this person was dressed in plain clothing with no visible identification, yet was claiming to be the Postmaster while behaving in this way. It set a very negative tone for what customers can expect when entering this facility.
Unfortunately, judging by the number of similar complaints in the reviews for this location, this does not appear to be an isolated incident but rather part of an ongoing pattern. I sincerely hope this complaint does not go unheard and that the appropriate action is taken to address and correct this behavior.
