- NYNicole Garcia Yerena1 day ago5.0I originally had an appointment at 2pm, but my work schedule changed. I came into two hours earlier. Sam was backup cashiering, but alerted me that she would be right with me. I did not wait , but more than a couple of minutes. She was very patient, very thorough, soft spoken and gave excellent customer service. She walked me through step by step as she explained what the process entailed. As someone in retail management, I like to share the wins and this was an winning experience for me.Thank you again Sam for everything!
- JSJ SApr 6, 20263.0Wasn't the best customer service there was a woman who was very short with me over the phone about my business cards and when I got there it just seemed like she was just so preoccupied with doing her job mind you that she didn't have any help unfortunately this is how businesses are that they don't hire enough people to work in the stores anymore.

- ZGZack GambleJan 31, 20262.0Firstly, this review is not totally a reflection on the staff of this location. The employees are swamped and overworked- the place is very obviously understaffed. The store is messy and downright dirty. There was a piece of used gum stuck to the printer and everything is covered in a layer of grime. Many of the display office chairs look the same. The printers are so old that they are unable to properly scan 3 color photos- and no refunds. I would think that when a pair of scissors and a small pack of paperclips costs me $25!!! That you can hire an extra person or two to maintain equipment, vaccume the store, and keep things clean. This store is a microcosm of corporate America- overcharge and under deliver.
