  Extremely customer savy company The rep came to my house as I had no car and I am an emergency to send a passport to my daughter in east coast I cried when the rep "Don" in the UPS Bollinger Facility said, "I can come and pick up your daughter's passport" Which she did Please give her a "best employee of the company" if its possible She is an angel and UPS thanks for being there for us Abhi, San Ramon, CA 94582

  The staff is nice but there have been more times than enough where this store has not opened on time. It’s very inconvenient for the people who are on tight schedules.

  Customer service tip: if your first words to a customer are basically 'not my problem', maybe it’s time for a new line of work. I walked in with a return, and before I could even show the app instructions, the staff lady squints at my package and goes: "Yeah, I’m not taking that without a shipping box." Zero attempt to help. Zero effort to even look at my phone. Instead, I get a lecture on her 18 years of experience (congrats?) and a not-so-friendly shove out the door with 'go find another store'. Apparently, solving problems or keeping customers happy isn’t part of the training here. Maybe she just hadn’t had her coffee, but hey, if you want to start your day with attitude and not answers - this is your spot. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and head literally anywhere else like the UPS Store at Marketplace where the staff is very friendly and solves customer problems efficiently.   The location of this UPS Store is convenient, but the staff and/or their training leave a lot to be desired. I have visited several times over the past year, and I walk out annoyed almost every time. They use an automated Amazon return label printer where you scan, stuff your own item into a poly mailer, and stick the label on yourself. It is clunky, and none of the other UPS Stores in the area make customers do this. Many times my return does not even fit in the mailer, so I go to the counter, and I am met with annoyed looks. When I explain it does not fit, I have been told, "Well, I am just going to have to do the same thing as you if I return it over here," which makes no sense and leaves me confused. The overall vibe is unfriendly and unhelpful, unlike the UPS Store near the Danville border or the one by Trader Joe’s. Both of those are excellent. Because of the staff attitude here and the cumbersome automated system, I will be avoiding this location.
