  This is my go to store. The one in market place , San Ramon. I have never had any issues with returns. The staff are all so accommodating, efficient professional and friendly. They always make me feel welcome and nothing is ever too big an ask of them. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

  We’re fast, courteous, and effective. I had to have four estate documents, notarized, and witnessed. They managed to pull that off while being swarmed with lots of other customers.

  If you’re trying to run a quick errands, this place is not the place to stop by. The employee attitude is bad, short tempered, and maybe overwhelmed with his work. 12/1, 8:57am, Monday morning, trying to get things returned, but had to turn around due to a poor service & bad attitude. The gentleman working is short tempered, throwing things around, not even trying to communicate. I understand I have 6 items to return, and some things are same size, so I have to get the right QR to get scanned. I told him that I cant take his attitude & after he was clearly upset and short tempered. I went to go a different place to run my errands. He refused to give me his name when I asked, and refused to acknowledge he is not doing his work. I have to go to different place now. Added additional hour on my morning errands & work.
