He said I had to go home and print out something which was not what the site had said all I needed to do was finish the process and then he could scan a barcode on my phoneand then do the whole thing from the UPS store however, he should know this and he should’ve given me a little more help than just saying I was wrong and I needed to go print out something which, of course in the end it ended up that I was right Too bad that guy was not kind or helpful
