  Very rude and racist customer service by owner him self , a lady waiting to find out and e mail address for the next 15 mins and I had to get to my work , all I had to do was to drop off the phone and he lectured me saying I should know customer service , because I work in the area . I was Indian and the lady had to wait another 15 mins to find out the email was white so I was racially attacked by this man who owns this and other stores saying I know you come here all the time to do business but instead to making it convenient for me as I was getting late for work. And actually the good customer service from him should’ve been to tell the waiting lady mam while u wait let me help this customer she’s only dropping off her package and that was it. He has to put no labels on my package . Obviously I will never give him my business any more . He is racist .

  Avoid this UPS store They try really hard to make sure you pay the most for anything you need here. They quote you for a $14 service but then on the screen, you will be charged $30 unless you notice Or ask to put your box into another package slip and the cheapest smallest package slip they can offer is five dollars

  Male person at the front desk on November 20 at 11:15 in the morning was not helpful. I was making a return which I had never done before. He said I had to go home and print out something which was not what the site had said all I needed to do was finish the process and then he could scan a barcode on my phoneand then do the whole thing from the UPS store however, he should know this and he should’ve given me a little more help than just saying I was wrong and I needed to go print out something which, of course in the end it ended up that I was right Too bad that guy was not kind or helpful

  Most of the time, we get assistance from the Store Owner himself; even though he's a very busy man. His customer service skills are exceptional, and the same goes for the staff. My sister and I have been customers at the Store for 10+ years. We are very happy to know Dev (Store Owner) personally.

  I try to check if my package is their yet because i will have to drive like 30 mins but they try to just ignore and say busy then when i got there come on they talk to each other and just chilling !!! . I really did not get my package wasting the time.
