- LZLeslie ZOct 30, 20255.0This Staples branch has exceptional employees. The location is easy to reach too - on a weekend morning, anyway! I highly recommend using their print and marketing services. Aaron, especially, and Deborah went out of their way to make our jobs perfect. I created the jobs online from SoCal and had no problem collecting them in San Ramon. When I picked up my project on Saturday morning and shared a dream of mine for our event, Aaron said that he could produce the booklet that I was hoping to create in less than an hour! He did it! Amazing! I never thought that could happen. The team there is humble, smart, and service-oriented. Pricing great, products right on. You will be delighted if you go here.

I don't always find the print section staffed, and might have to wait a little for someone to come there, but not long. Store has the usual things I would need for office supplies, but more specialized items (e.g. jumbo 3'' binder clips) I might have to resort to Amazon for. What's in stock is likely to vary a lot by location. The Staples I went to in San Francisco is on the smaller side, so necessarily a more limited stock. Employers were all courteous and did their jobs well (unlike some of the folks at other big-box stores in the area, e.g. the SF Lowe's which is kind of a bad-attitude and laziness factory, LOL). Staples' print jobs for me (banners and such) have so far been good quality at lower than average cost, so I'll be back for more of that.
