I came here about the hella rude blonde white lady and saw the other reviews about how she goes out of her way to make people feel like an idiot, and that was my same experience. I asked her for very normal things that were not available to the public in the store, an envelope and a self adhesive label pocket thing, and first she acted like maybe she didn’t work there at all, and then she acted like I was a total idiot for asking. I don’t know what her problem is but if it’s working at FedEx I’m sure her bosses could fix that for her and everyone else.

On December 30, I had a very positive experience at this location. I printed posters, and the employee who helped me was kind, professional, and clearly explained how to prepare my files correctly for printing. Because of that good experience, I returned today with my posters already perfectly prepared and ready to print. Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely different and extremely disappointing. The employee who assisted me this time, Ashley (assistant manager), did not even approach me. From a distance, with a dismissive attitude, she asked, “What do you want?”, making it clear from the start that she had no interest in helping. When I explained that my files were already prepared and ready to print, she asked for the size in inches. I told her the size was correct but that I had worked in pixels and did not remember the exact inch dimensions. Then Steve stepped in. He spoke extremely fast, did not articulate clearly, and was very impatient. I politely asked him several times to slow down because I could not understand him, but he continued rushing. What makes this even more frustrating is that the store was completely empty—there were no customers waiting, no line, nothing. I asked for something very reasonable: to print one test copy to confirm the size and then print the rest. They refused. They repeatedly told me to do it on the website because “it’s cheaper,” yet neither of them could tell me the actual price difference. The only answer I received was, “We can send you the price in 20 minutes,” which is unacceptable when I am standing in the store ready to pay. Eventually, they admitted that printing in-store would cost $8 more per page. For 7 pages, that meant almost $48 extra, with no added service, support, or courtesy. When I looked at their name tags to see who I was dealing with, Ashley became noticeably more aggressive and even less helpful, clearly upset that I might leave a review. I left and went to Staples instead. That store was busy, all printers were in use, and yet the employee was friendly, professional, and helpful. He printed a test copy, explained the timeline, and told me everything would be ready the next morning. Total cost: $11 for all 7 pages. In conclusion: • FedEx is not only extremely overpriced, • but the customer service at this location was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, • especially troubling coming from someone in a management role. Personal dissatisfaction is not an excuse to treat customers poorly. This experience was unnecessary, unpleasant, and unacceptable. I will not return to this FedEx location and do not recommend it.

Team here actually knows what they are doing. Big thanks to Chester for printing what I need in the right format, right on the spot…something FedEx Pleasanton team assured me is not possible to do. Great customer service from the rest of the team too, despite it being quite busy.

Craig was a HUGE help in the print section. FedEx printing areas are always super busy, but he helped me get what I needed done on time. Couldn’t thank him enough!

The blonde woman that is working right now (@10:55am on 12/10) has a snarky aura about her I did not like. I walked in just now with 2 packages with their labels already on the packages. There was a lady standing at the self help kiosk so I walked up to the drop off counter where there was no customers and apparently also no workers to help. The lady in the brown shirt came over to me to tell me I could use the self kiosk and I told her I know but I came over here because there is a lady over there already. And she told me here you can scan them over here and walked me to the self kiosk still with the lady standing there. The worker proceeded to stand there with a snarky smile and I told her I know how to use this I didn’t want to because there was already somebody over here. I’m confused, do these people work in here or do they just refer us to the self kiosk?! The only helpful person I’ve run into here is the middle aged guy with brown hair I think k his name is Jeff or something like that. This lady made me feel like I was an idiot who didn’t know how to use the self kiosk… no I just want you guys to do your job and scan my package and give me the receipt at the drop off counter, where you’re supposed to drop off packages. Sad people don’t seem to want to work and just push it off to the machines that do the work for them.
