Since international shipping requires a lot of documents, and I used a broker to complete the shippment. One of the staff members at this FedEx Office patiently explained which documents I needed to provide and how to print them on the FedEx printers. He helped me load the boxes onto a cart and scan them. I spent about an hour at the FedEx Office, but finally got the shipment done. Many thanks to the FedEx Office team!
