First off, the computer didn't work (which is also connected to the scanner), every time I went to turn on the computer it would automatically turn off. I am unsure how many times you have to ask for help from the woman at the counter (she is in her mid-forties with dark curly hair). She was too busy gossiping with her friend to pay attention to her paying customers. I am very surprised with the sheer lack of customer service and complete disrespect she had, seemed like any customer who needed anything was an inconvenience for her. All I had was the simple task of printing and scanning and I was unable to do so. I Left the store paying ten dollars in charges and nothing to show for it. I will never go back here and I will make sure to let everyone know how horrible their customer service is.
