So this time j said “deliver it to me” and they didn’t do it. I’ve got bills to pay and I don’t have the statements to know what I owe. This PO is not well run at all!

But USPS is NOT a pack-and-ship shop. You need to bring your own shipping materials (e.g. tape). If you want help packaging your items and are willing to pay more, FedEx is what you're looking for.
