BottechiaMar 22, 20251.0this place has horrible customer service, they could not care less about your stuff...showed up today to pick up a package, I had the tracking number and was notified it had been delivered. clerk went back to check and told me he wasn't there, showed him the delivery confirmation and his answer was sorry don't know where it is, it might be at the other post office in San Rafael???? Told him that this was the place where I always get my mail...you could clearly tell he didn't give a ....!!! next response: "I am not the mailman!" Ok fine, I left and will be back Monday. To USPS what is the freaking point of sending delivery confirmation notices if the package is nowhere to be found??? typical government worker mentality.
