- JBJ BetzMay 6, 20221.0Haven't had a good experience at this post office for years! Curt, short tempered, unfriendly is all I ever notice from the one woman who tends this operation. Why? Last time I was there, I paid to have my package tracked and signed for when delivered. That didn't happen, the package was dropped on a porch, no signature required (even though I paid for that) then it was stolen from the door step. I came back for a refund and it took a lot for me to convince the agent that USPS was in the wrong and should refund me the $ I spent on tracking it/requiring a signature which didn't happen. Mostly, it is the grumpiness that is unpleasant. Oh, and the hours on the website say it closes at 5, but on the door (after traveling to get there), the sign says closes at 3. Arrrgghh Time to visit a different location.
