    I had an unusually disappointing experience at this store on 01/04/26. I came in with some Amazon and happy returns. First of all the store smelled so badly of flavored vape. Second - the young man behind the counter didn’t greet or make eye contact with me, just picked up his scan gun and stared at my packages. I said hi, this one is an Amazon return and he did nothing. I was confused and then the lady behind the counter rudely looked at me and said “was that a question?” I said no, I’m not sure if he’s assisting me but I’m letting him know what type of return this is. (Last time I came in there were two different lines and cashiers based on if you were doing Amazon or happy). The guy looks at me and says “I’m waiting on you”. I say ok and show him the QR code and he tries to scan it. It doesn’t scan so without asking he just takes my phone and sets it down next to him and starts zooming in. Not a huge deal but pretty odd and rude...usually people ask before they do that. Then comes the happy returns. The first one was a nice knit sweater which I no longer had the packaging for. I figured this was ok since happy returns go in plastic bags at the return center anyways. He scans it and then tosses the sweater on a shelf behind him. I asked if he could please bag it so the sweater doesn’t get damaged back there. He sighs and rolls his eyes and starts to bag it but then changes his mind and says can I just scan the other one I have a line. Ok….sure. He scans the other one and tucks the label in the box (doesn’t even stick it on). I again asked for him to bag my sweater as it was just sitting on a shelf where threads could get snagged or it could get dirty in the process of people working and putting packages etc near it. He again acts like this is some huge imposition even though the plastic bag is sitting on top of the sweater at this point. I had to explain again that I’m not comfortable leaving clothing I’m trying to get refunded just out in the open unprotected in the store because if it gets damaged that will be on me and I won’t get the refund. He sighs and bags the sweater, hands me the receipt and says “this is for you”. I usually have a great experience at this store with friendly employees. Today was just unbelievably odd. The young man barely made eye contact, didn’t greet me and acted like doing his job was a massive imposition - sighing, eye rolling etc. and then the woman who was behind the counter as well who I presume was the manager not only did nothing but semi aggressively questioned me when I wasn’t sure what was going on. If I owned this franchise I’d want to know about this to correct employee behavior

    I've been coming to UPS for a few months now to get paperwork notarized as I lost my father and am the successor trustee of his estate. A gentleman by the name of Gabe has been helping me. The other day, out of the blue, I got very emotional and started crying. He didn't want me to feel uncomfortable or awkward, so he said it was okay with gentleness and then he asked me if I needed a hug. It was the sweetest, most genuine response. He is always such a good, hard worker and what he showed me today gave me hope in humanity.

    Nice folks here (Lilia) but very disappointed that I was NOT given the 15% discount for passport photos that was offered online by UPS at "participating stores" with no mention to download or print a coupon. Staff said store policy requires a coupon to document - each store has their own policy. A screenshot of the offer (attached) was not acceptable. I was asked if I was a AAA member with a card. When charging out a discount for AAA membership was not recognized. Had to pay $20.23 for mediocre prints when AAA would've been $12.00 for 2 passport photos
