- 1119bperblinkNov 15, 20252.0Got to the store. First, the employee couldnt enter any of the computers cause he didnt know the password. Literally called staples customer service to get access. Second, the information that was given to me on the phone a day before was wrong and had to redo the whole process. Took 40 minutes to open a pdf file for printing. While I appreciate effort, this is unprofessional and waste of customer time

One printer was broken and the other one jammed after I had paid a ten dollar desposit The maanger failed to assist, and so I was forced to cancel the print job. i was not refunded the 10 dollar peint depost so I went the cashier to ask for help and the irrate female manager screamed at me and refused to assist me with my refund. I did not wrong but ask for help and for asking for help she sent a bunch a people after me when I left the store and was a very hostile unstable person. i feel very sprry the store employees

Heron was asked by his supervisor to assist me in looking for the correct ink for my printer. Heron was competent, pleasant and kind helping me find the correct one and helping me access my Rewards Points. However, the ink for my printer was so expensive. $155 for 4 cartridges. This is my 2nd time in 6 months. I do print copies but not that many. It's an HP 9120e series which was recommended to me by another Staples Associate. I will not buy another 9120e because of the expense of the ink. Heron was super helpful at the San Rafael Store on 11/7/25.
