    I was able to walk right in and complete my package mailing with no issues. The staff was kind of eeh, probably bored, not super friendly. I didn’t see another soul in the store so it was not very busy, but it is a very large location with lots of parking.

    Don't expect any support or customer service for shipping at this location beyond scanning and dropping off a package. The Fed Ex staff refused to help me with my package that was sent to the wrong location by Fed ex. I was told with an attitude that the only option for customer shipping support is online or via telephone, which has been a nightmare.for sorting out problems n the past. Extremely lame and frustrating when trying to run a business.

    The website says drop off cutoff for packages is 5:30 but the store’s actual cutoff is almost 2 hours earlier. Unbelievable.

    I was left high and dry at the terra Linda location, so I called here and I was told "no problem, I can do it!"; this is what I want to hear from a place like this! I went in on 8/5/14 at 10:45 and I was packed and shipped (or made ready to ship) and all with a smile and not a single moan, groan or complaint. I can't remember the young mans name, but tall dark and handsome and a damn good employee, use this one as a model when hiring in the future!!!
