The Fed Ex staff refused to help me with my package that was sent to the wrong location by Fed ex. I was told with an attitude that the only option for customer shipping support is online or via telephone, which has been a nightmare.for sorting out problems n the past. Extremely lame and frustrating when trying to run a business.
