Over the last 3 days I’ve had three packages be marked as “delivered” despite never being seen. I call well before closing but the phone line says the office is closed.

I had a terrible experience at the window. I greeted the clerk, and she ignored me with attitude. On top of that, she told me I shouldn’t come to this post office if I didn’t like the service. The whole encounter was rude and unhelpful. Customer service needs serious improvement—no one should be treated this way.

Cold and unwelcoming! Horrible service! Lady at the window seemed miserable and bothered by the fact I needed help. Don't know how these employees maintain a position at this establishment. My guess? Management is the same way and is to blame. Go elsewhere. You've been warned.

Apparently, unlike in the past, the whole point of the post office now is to not give you your mail. I presented my re-delivery form to the clerk. The form in and of itself should make the nature of my business obvious, but because I didn't answer the queen's question in the appropriate fashion while reaching for my ID, she cops an attitude. After seeing I was getting nowhere, I told her to forget it. She said, "I like that idea." Reign on queen!
