    Female employee at this UPS store with a pony tale was disrespectful, after I didn’t have a barcode to return my Amazon package, she gestured her hand saying going away basically , kicking me out like if I was a homeless, this is not a way to treat customers.

    It was a couple days after Christmas and the store was packed! Their computer systems go down. Only but a handful of us could be fully serviced. I was returning a vacuum and had to buy a box to ship it back as i didnt have the OG box it came in. Lawrence was the employee who helped me. He had a friendly attitude and stayed calm under the pressure of their system going down. He gave me so great advice about being reimbursed by Amazon for having to buy a shipping box. He was absolutely correct and Amazon reimbursed w no problem! I recently stopped back in the store to thank him and update him on the advice! Thanks Lawrence!

    Typically always a great experience at this store but tonight the female associate working tonight at 6:30pm on 2/3/26 was completely unwilling to help. My return label that was sent to me by Tmobile, faded in the heat in my car for some reason. The barcodes, obviously unscannable, but tracking number and other information easily readable, she refused to try and input the information and reprint the label, continuously trying to scan the barcodes telling me to reprint the label that was pre printed and provided, that I continuously contested was provided and I could not reprint, eventually just walked away saying there is nothing she can do. The (always) amazing driver loading the nights pickups noticed my frustrations and informed me that this it absolutely possible to look up and reprint the label and she was just unwilling to help. Not sure if this is just poor training by management or a lazy employee. In the end, a very frustrating encounter by this (should be) simply fixed situation with the UPS company.

    I don't use this place other than for Amazon returns. Except for today when I wanted to send a package for Christmas. While I was there I watched 3 different people walk out, frustrated and disappointed. I saw and heard the manager of this store treat almost everyone she had contact with with rudeness and disrespect. Even saying out loud "I don't deal with whining, babies." I had a young man who tried to help me the best he could, but after I was told that the package i wanted to ship was going to cost $95 in total and if I wanted to buy a box and have them pack it fore me, which was only putting tape on it, would have been $45 of the cost. No thanks! Please avoid this place go to the US post office if you can!
