I printed out the application forms online at home and took photos at A-1 photo, make every application package nice and neat with a $100 personal check, paid the processing fee $35 using my credit card. When the photo came out, we told them that it looked blurry and we should retake it. Both workers in charge (someone who takes the photos, another person in charge of the passport application) told us it would be fine. Here’s a letter from the govt 2 months later saying it’s invalid. 🤦🏻♀️
