If it a question pertains to any passport application arises, don't ask any clerk behind the counter. They'll defer your inquiry to the passport agent. I completed an original passport card application today. Additionally, you must sign your documents in front of the passport agent for verification and certification purposes. I highly suggest you make an appointment and arrive 10 mins early. When you arrive promptly purchase a money order for your US Department of State fees right off the bat, which are separate from USPS handling fees. US Department of State fees are paid with money orders only. And finally, the entire counter team there at the Delaware USPS station are absolutely wonderful. Very, very helpful, polite and courteous. They've got DMV beat by a mile. Happy New Year!

Anjana is very nice and professional, knows everything about the passport application or renewing. I printed out the application forms online at home and took photos at A-1 photo, make every application package nice and neat with a $100 personal check, paid the processing fee $35 using my credit card. I recommend her for passport application. Alex
- MCMelissa ChenSep 5, 20251.0Heads up for anyone doing passport services here—do not come if you’re in a tight window to travel 🚫 We took our kid here to get it done, paid the fee, and the photo was invalid. When the photo came out, we told them that it looked blurry and we should retake it. Both workers in charge (someone who takes the photos, another person in charge of the passport application) told us it would be fine. Here’s a letter from the govt 2 months later saying it’s invalid. 🤦🏻♀️
