I didn’t receive my package but it shows as delivered. I went there twice to finally see someone could answer my questions. They simply told me they don’t deal with lost packages.
The package has the mango my uncle took a year to grow. I filed a claim online since I bought insurance. They denied it twice, said anything doesn’t come with price tag they don’t issue insurance. Yes my uncle’s mango is priceless. And I asked for refund of shipping fees as per their policy, denied as well.
I will avoid using USPS as much as possible.
