I have now been to this post office on 3 separate occasions and the first 2 were bad but I thought I would give it another shot. After waiting in line for 15 mins, I got to the service window and asked the clerk, Paramjit, to help me mail a package. She told me some instructions which she wanted me to get out of line to do, which I would have been fine to do, but then she started reading some wording on the side of my box, and I mentioned to her that the writing on the box had nothing to do with what I was mailing. She stuck her finger out towards my face and said “darling, no one asked you” and that was my final straw. I quickly grabbed my box and kindly let her know that I would be taking my services to UPS which I did and they took care of me incredibly quickly and kindly without any problems or attitude. Rude and condescending employee’s should not be speaking to the public in this manner, especially while working for a government service.

The Post Office removed the drop boxes for pedestrians to use. Now, to send mail, I have to stand in the street to use the drive through post box. What kind of regressive policy is this?! Three stars because the staff are nice.

A letter was returned back to me as it was missing a small detail of the address that it was unaware to the me (the sender) was needed for that address (have not had that issue before). Came to this post office to ask about it and the lady working was completely out of line and rude, somehow smiling and laughing at the customer while saying "You get to redo the postage! Not our mistake, your mistake!" and laughed when we were nothing but calm and confused about what was wrong. Will never use this post office again.

I walked to the post office with my baby in a stroller. The handicap ramp is in the back of the building. You have to ring a bell for service. I rang it a few times until a mail carrier stopped by and asked if I needed help. He asked the clerk if they could help me and told me they said I had to go through the front even though I have a stroller or come back later. I couldn't believe it and didn't want to return later so I pulled my stroller with my baby up the steps. Someone who was pregnant by the way helped me down the steps after I sent my package. I will file a formal complaint with USPS.

They wouldn't let me in the handicapped entrance with a baby in a stroller. They informed me that I would have to fold up the stroller and carry both stroller and baby up the stairs.
