Subject: Complaint Regarding Mishandling of Package at Post Office To Whom It May Concern, I would like to formally file a complaint regarding my recent experiences at your post office. On three separate occasions, I visited your location to mail a vinyl record using a proper LP mailer. Each time, I informed the staff member, Paramjit, that the package contained a vinyl record, which is a fragile item. Despite this, she repeatedly handled and threw the box in a careless manner in front of me. Vinyl records are delicate and can easily become damaged if not handled properly. Watching my package being thrown was very concerning and unprofessional. Customers trust USPS to handle their items with care, especially when clearly informed that the contents are fragile. I respectfully request that this issue be reviewed and escalated to a supervisor. I also believe additional training on proper package handling may be necessary to prevent similar incidents in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, Richard Rhein Ang

I would give zero stars if that were possible. This post office is completely inaccessible and very unfair to people with strollers or mobility issues. The main entrance only has stairs. We came with a stroller, so we went to the other side where the wheelchair-accessible entrance is. However, we were not allowed to enter through that entrance at all. That means: if you cannot use the stairs and want to pay by card or phone, you simply cannot use this post office. There is literally no way to send letters here if you have a stroller, use a wheelchair, or cannot climb stairs. That is unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful about the situation. Accessibility here is basically zero. I do not recommend this post office to anyone who needs step-free access. Very disappointing experience.

I have now been to this post office on 3 separate occasions and the first 2 were bad but I thought I would give it another shot. After waiting in line for 15 mins, I got to the service window and asked the clerk, Paramjit, to help me mail a package. She told me some instructions which she wanted me to get out of line to do, which I would have been fine to do, but then she started reading some wording on the side of my box, and I mentioned to her that the writing on the box had nothing to do with what I was mailing. She stuck her finger out towards my face and said “darling, no one asked you” and that was my final straw. I quickly grabbed my box and kindly let her know that I would be taking my services to UPS which I did and they took care of me incredibly quickly and kindly without any problems or attitude. Rude and condescending employee’s should not be speaking to the public in this manner, especially while working for a government service.

The Post Office removed the drop boxes for pedestrians to use. Now, to send mail, I have to stand in the street to use the drive through post box. What kind of regressive policy is this?! Three stars because the staff are nice.
