- YLyi linFeb 13, 20261.0The Chinese lady was extremely unhelpful and charged three dollars for the taping. We are in other places, and they simply assist us in placing it in a sticky plastic bag with the labels on top of the box. I will not to this place again.

They told me they wouldn't accept my Amazon package unless I bought a box to put my box in... I just went to the next UPS in San Mateo downtown and had 0 issues and was given amazing customer service!
