The 2 guys working were super helpful and efficient. I needed to print lot of invitations from a pdf and needed the card stock. They did everything for me quickly. Also, the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely go here again.

I went to this location to return a coat to a higher-end clothing line. The return instructions specifically asked that any garments be buttoned up and neatly folded; I did as requested and carefully packaged the folded garment in its original protective sleeve.
I did not have a box to ship the item in, but the FedEx return type indicated that FedEx would provide one.
When I arrived, I asked for a box, and I let the associate know that the return process requested that the item be neatly folded. Despite me saying this, the employee proceeded to shove the garment into a much too small box, tearing the protective sleeve, and crumpling the garment.
What's so annoying is that the associate didn't say a single word to me the entire time... She barely looked at me. Barely acknowledged me. She just handed me my receipt and moved on to the next person.
I'm especially frustrated because I know that I'll get push-back from the clothing store for not following the clearly outlined instructions for respecting the garments during the return process.
Thanks, FedEx.

Avoid this location. I spent nearly $100 to ship gifts to my niece in Toronto, only to have the package get stuck in the middle of Ohio because the FedEx employee here forgot to include a required form. I called FedEx five different times, was repeatedly transferred to an overseas call center. The fifth time I called, I finally had the forms emailed to me. I filled everything out immediately and submitted, but no response. When I went back to the store for help, they told me they couldn’t do anything. When I asked why the form wasn’t provided at the time of shipping, the employee just laughed and said they have “a bunch of new staff in training.” Save yourself the frustration and just use USPS. The line may be longer, but at least the job gets done correctly.

I stopped by this FedEx location to print and ship some international documents. The self-service printing area was easy to use and worked perfectly — no issues there at all.
However, when it came time to ship my documents, I was assisted by Prateek, the store manager, who unfortunately did not seem pleased to help. His demeanor was distant and unwelcoming — almost bordering on rude. I had to ask basic questions like when my shipment would arrive and if I can add on signature required, and where the tracking number was on the receipt, which should have been explained without prompting.
Especially at a time when the economy is tough and every dollar counts — and knowing FedEx is not exactly the cheapest option — a simple smile and a little courtesy can go a long way. Many people are dealing with daily stress and financial hardship; a bit of warmth and professionalism can truly make a difference in how customers feel about their experience.
If you’re going to work in a customer-facing role, especially as a store manager, it’s important to set the tone for good service. A helpful attitude doesn’t cost anything but means everything to the people you serve.
