The return instructions specifically asked that any garments be buttoned up and neatly folded; I did as requested and carefully packaged the folded garment in its original protective sleeve. I did not have a box to ship the item in, but the FedEx return type indicated that FedEx would provide one. When I arrived, I asked for a box, and I let the associate know that the return process requested that the item be neatly folded. Despite me saying this, the employee proceeded to shove the garment into a much too small box, tearing the protective sleeve, and crumpling the garment. What's so annoying is that the associate didn't say a single word to me the entire time... She barely looked at me. Barely acknowledged me. She just handed me my receipt and moved on to the next person. I'm especially frustrated because I know that I'll get push-back from the clothing store for not following the clearly outlined instructions for respecting the garments during the return process. Thanks, FedEx.
