- TCTom ChenAug 29, 20151.0I went to the San Marino post office today to purchase a box for upcoming mailing. It was 30 min before closing time. No one in line. We politely asked the postal clerk Sharen to see if they have a bigger box for purchase. She said no and dismissed us as we did not exist. We asked her for the second time and inquired if she could check. San Marino Post Office counter clerk Sharen's disparaging response to us: "Like I said before no. What part of English you didn't understand?," said Sharen. We were dumbfounded by the aforementioned remark. I have to say that I'm shocked by the attitude. Is it because we're asian? I encouraged everyone who experienced this type of treatment at San Marino Post Office on Huntington Drive, please voice your complaint from similar experience. Intolerance like this should not be further encouraged.
