Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The man who helped me saved me money by recommending the better shipping method for my books and the rest of the team had really good energy. A bit far from my house but will come back here for my postal needs.

Been going here for years. The location is super convenient for me and there's both a small parking lot in the back and plenty of free street/residential parking in the front and back as well. The staff do their best to be kind and helpful... Please be kind to them when it's super busy, everyone 🙏💕

Never coming back to this post office, I would rather drive further away. I packaged my item well in a reused bubble mailer but the asian man (could not remember his name) refused to scan and ship my package unless I purchase a completely new envelope. This held up the whole line and it was embarrassing as he roughly unpackaged my item and shoving it into the envelope then proceeded to throw it on the floor after scanning. This isn't the first time my packages were roughly thrown on the floor, not even into the cart. I wish there was a self-service drop-off machine as the inanimate object would treat my packages better.

The worst. Noone at counter, waited two minutes for someone to appear. My priority box was prepared but person Linda told me to step out of line (there was another woman at tabletop preparing package and noone else) to write city and state. I thought the post office ran on zip codes? Then I waited again in line as Linda was reviewing two sheets of paper to look up and ackowledge me. When she looked up she again asked, 'can I help you?ʻ as if it was my first time at the counter. I said forget it. If you don't know that the USP Office runs on zip codes. I then asked to speak to the manager and surprise, she was it.
