  I frequently use this store to ship my packages and have also used it for passport photos and notary services. The personnel have always been attentive, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend.

  I am writing this to express my concern and disappointment regarding an incident at your store this week involving the notary service. We have been loyal customers for several years and have used your notary service multiple times without issue. However during our most recent visit your notary denied service because of a minor discrepancy. An additional letter in my middle name, even though this same identification had been accepted by your staff for the past 5 years? This unnecessary denial or delay created significant stress and hardship. The inconsistency in how your policies are applied feels unreasonable. Especially, given our long history of notarizations at the same location with the same ID.

  This notary’s sudden refusal after five years of routine acceptance reeks of capricious risk-aversion, unfairly burdening an elderly signer whose pension verification is now stalled over a trivial middle initial they’ve ignored repeatedly. We are very disappointed with the service we received today and we won’t be using their notary anymore because of unreliable service.

  The owner of this store is very rude and mean. I asked to have a letter held for me since I had closed the mail box a few months prior and because I didn't have a mailbox at the store anymore the owner, Tom, was very off putting and disgruntled about it. Thinking I would not remember his rudeness. What a disgrace to the city.
