I asked to have a letter held for me since I had closed the mail box a few months prior and because I didn't have a mailbox at the store anymore the owner, Tom, was very off putting and disgruntled about it. Thinking I would not remember his rudeness. What a disgrace to the city.

Edit: I'm unable to respond to the owner's review so I'm editing my message, but again other UPS stores less than 10 minutes away will do it for free. Look up the Alhambra store for better options.

I had him scan my code and he said that it doesn’t look like it’s one of ours maybe it’s Whole Foods. I guess I was taken back by it since I thought I chose the ups option. I asked are you sure? And he made a rude comment back… I remembered what I saw. Was I a friend whom you are being sarcastic to or a customer? Very rude. Then after me he was greeting the next customer. UPS, please train your staff better. Makes me want to avoid this place now.

On two separate occasions, I’ve taken boxes (adequately packaged and taped) to this store only to be told by staff that they would need to put my box into one of their new boxes. Both times, I left and took boxes to nearby UPS stores where they were shipped without issue. They seem to have a policy of mandatory package up charging. UPS stores in Alhambra and at Sierra Madre/Colorado are certainly friendlier when it comes to packaging.
