I went in to ship an eBay sale and needed professional advice on packaging, but the man working was incredibly rude. Instead of helping, he kept repeating "Do you want a box or bubble wrap?" in a voice loud enough that everyone in the store stopped and stared. When I finally chose a box, he barked at me to go get it myself. His tone was so dismissive and public that I told him he was embarrassing me and I walked out. I ended up going to the UPS Store on Nordahl, and the difference was night and day. They were kind, professional, and gave me the exact information and help I needed (the same great service I’ve received from FedEx). I’ll be avoiding this Twin Oaks location from now on.
