1-2 stars for length of lines. 5 stars for the people who deal with customers, everyone has been helpful to the max when you actually get to the counter. Free parking, can get crowded in side lot at times. Driving to the mail drop in the box in front can be tricky.

I dont like to post negative reviews but my experience along with others keeps lingering in my mind: a post office will always be a post office, long lines, short staffed, lost packages etc...however their is a healthy way to deal with these things and then there is "that older lady at the front counter". While in line, countless times I've seen her being rude to "us" the customers many times for unjustified reasons. I was there a couple of days ago and in my nicest/sweetest tone of voice I approached her and said "Hello, may I have two certificates of mailing please?" all while smiling 😊. She looks at me, goes to look for them. She then comes back and says "I can only find 1, I dont know what you want me to do" with a very rude tone. I proceeded to say "Im sorry the envelopes Im mailing are legal documents and I need to mail each of them with a certificate of mailing"...she proceeds to say again "well I can only find 1, so I dont know what you want me to do". I then nicely asked for her name which she refused to tell me and then I asked for the manager. The manager on site was very helpful. He immediately found the certificates that I needed and then sent me back to the same lady. She of course didn't speak to me for the rest of the transaction....can someone from USPS talk to this lady? I've worked in customers service for over 20 years and could never treat a customer like this even under pressure especially when the customer is being nice!

So rude. The guy in front of me couldn’t get anyone to answer the window at the PO boxes so stood in line at the counter. When he got to the counter the woman working there said “I can’t help you.” He asked what he should do. She said “Try tomorrow.” He right fully said “that won’t work. You are open and I am here to pick up mail so can I talk to someone else.” She snipped back “No. Next guest!” She called orher customers come up while he was standing there just asking for help to get his mail. He finally walked away and said “this is a joke “ to which she said “YOU’RE a joke”. She looks 70 or more but maybe needs more training?
