- MDMAYRA DJan 17, 20261.0The old lady at the front desk I think her name is Eva or something like that. She is the rudest person I ever encountered in my life. I cried out impotence and frustration because it wasn't the first or the second time she was that rude to me. She called another guest while I was standing there trying to get my mail. Another coworker at her side helped me and was very nice and apologized. Manager wasn't on site and I was asked to come back another day. I have ptsd now of going to the mail office, might seem overreactingbut thats how I feel. I either put my mail on the mailbox at the entrance or I check if she is in there and if not I make the line.
